Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via the contact form. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
P.S.: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form. In such cases, we prefer to handle each situation individually to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If, after completing all these steps, you still haven't received your refund, please contact us using the contact form.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us a message using the contact form.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to have the item shipped to them first to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified that you returned the item.
